At Hidden Pastures Farm, we offer beautiful outdoor ceremony options (with indoor options as well) from mid-April through mid-November. Our Peak months are September, and October. Non Peak Months include April, May, June, July, August, and November.

A Weekend to Remember
Do you want a stress-free wedding weekend where you have exclusive use of the entire property? A weekend where you don’t even have to leave the property for lodging, and all you focus on is enjoying your wedding weekend? Then this is the package for you!
- Friday – Let our team decorate for you (according to pre-approved plans) and set up for your rehearsal dinner (Rehearsal and Rehearsal dinner on-site is limited to 3 hours total and 40 guests)
- Saturday – The barn is yours from 9:00 a.m. – Midnight! The bridal party may begin getting ready as early as 9 a.m. while our staff puts the final touches on the reception and ceremony spaces. Alcohol and music must end by 11 p.m. All guests and vendors must vacate the facility no later than midnight.
- Sunday – come back by and pick up your belongings and make a final walk-thru from 10 a.m. to noon the day after your wedding.
- 2500 sq. ft. barn for reception, along with 900 sq. ft. covered outdoor patio area perfect for an additional bar area, area for band or DJ to set up, and plenty of room for dancing!
- Your Choice of Ceremony Locations (we have 4 locations to choose from on the property)
- Shuttle service for guests and wedding party from the parking lot to the ceremony site and then to the reception barn.
- Parking Attendants to assist guests
- Limo Golf Cart and driver to shuttle guests from reception to the parking lot at the end of the evening.
- Tables and chairs for reception (we set up according to a pre-approved arrangement)
- Wooden chairs or benches for ceremony space (we set up and break down)
- Access to our extensive on-site décor closet
- Day-of Coordinator to decorate, direct rehearsal, and manage the wedding day!
- Scheduled time of your choosing for bridal and/or engagement photos
- Firepit for s’mores and relaxation
- Lodging for wedding party, family, and guests includes: Game Room Cottage, Cabin by the Creek, The Appalachian Hide-Out, and The Blue Ridge Retreat (enough space to sleep 26 people!) Friday – check-in at 3:00 pm – Sunday – check-out at 10:00 am

Happily Ever After
Designed for the couple who still want it all but do not have a need for lodging.

Wedded Bliss
This package is designed for the couple to enjoy what the venue has to offer, but on a more modest budget. This package is available on Saturdays and Sundays during non-peak months only, and on weekdays during peak and non-peak months.
- Access to the facility for 1 hour the day before the wedding (or one evening the week prior if there is an event scheduled the day before) for rehearsal. No rehearsal dinner on-site.
- Access from 9:00am to 10:00pm on the day of the event. This time is for set-up, event, and clean-up)
- Additional hours may be added for an additional fee.
- 2500 sq. ft. barn for indoor reception
- 900 sq. ft. Covered outdoor patio area with ample room for band or DJ to set up, optional bar area, and plenty of room for dancing.
- Choice of 2 ceremony locations close to reception barn (excludes locations requiring shuttle transportation up the mountain to ceremony site)
- Use of Bridal Suite for the bride and her party to prepare for the day.
- The Groom’s party may use the Cabin by the Creek to change for the ceremony and relax before the day’s events begin.
- Tables and chairs for reception (you provide labor for set up and break down)
- Wooden chairs or benches for ceremony space (you provide labor for set up and break down)
- Access to on-site decor selections of your choosing (we will have a planning meeting for you to choose your selections and those selections will be made available for your event day)
- Fire Pit
- Outdoor Games may be requested (Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Connect Four, Etc)
All Seasons – $4500
Elopement/Intimate Ceremony
This package is perfect for the couple looking for an intimate ceremony with only a hand-full of guests.
- Available on Monday-Thursday evenings, along with some Sunday afternoons/evenings for 4 hours total, including getting ready (if you choose to do so on-site), ceremony, and reception.
- Access to the event venue barn and surrounding areas for the ceremony and small reception.
- Limited to 30 people in attendance
- Tables and wooden chairs for ceremony and reception
- You may use a pre-determined list of our decor items.
- Up to 2 additional hours may be added on for an additional fee.
All Seasons – $2000
Other Special Events
The Event Venue Barn can be rented out for other special events and activities. This space is perfect for events such as bridal showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, corporate events, or memorial services. Please note the Event Barn will not be booked any day another event is taking place at the venue. You may rent the space for either ½ day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours). Rental times include set-up and clean-up.
1/2 Day (4 hours) Monday-Thursday $400, Friday-Sunday $500
Full Day (8 hours) Monday-Thursday $750, Friday – Sunday $900

Cottage at the Gameroom: 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath home with expansive entertainment area. Games including pool table,airhockey, foosball, large home theater area, full kitchen. Large master bedroom features a King Bed and full bath. Second Bedroom has a king bed, pull out sofa and large handicap accessible bathroom. Third bedroom features a queen size bed and direct access to the outdoor patio overlooking the creek. Also features two queen pull-out sofas in the common area. Sleep up to 12 comfortably. $235 per night with a 2-night minimum plus $125 cleaning fee.
Cabin by the Creek: This quaint cabin is the perfect place if you have guests who need a place to stay for the weekend. Located within easy walking distance of our reception barn, this quaint cabin features a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and 1 full bath. Sleep 4 comfortably. Guests can enjoy coffee in the morning on the porch by the bubbling creek. Rates start at $125 per night with a 2-night minimum plus $60 cleaning fee.
Tiny Homes
We are now happy to offer two brand new tiny homes as additional lodging rentals. Each of these is unique in décor and finishes. Each home offers 1 bedroom featuring a queen size bed, along with a sleeping loft including a full bed and a twin bed. A full bath, kitchen, washer/dryer access, living area with comfortable seating and a large deck which features a gas fire pit. Enjoy the unique setting nestled in the woods with plenty of shade and privacy. Each unique home will sleep 5.
The Appalachian Hide-Out: Rates start at $125 per night with a 2-night minimum plus $60 cleaning fee.
The Blue Ridge Retreat: Rates start at $125 per night with a 2-night minimum plus $60 cleaning fee.
