Planning a wedding over 700 miles away sounds very stressful.. however Heather made it a BREEZE for us! I knew from the moment I toured Hidden Pastures virtually that THIS is a coordinator I would like to work with! It also helped that the venue was absolutely STUNNING! When we toured in person a few months later the scenery took our breaths away! We has some challenges when Hurricane Helene hit just a few 3 weeks before our wedding, but again Heather was an absolute angel and communicate whenever/ however she could! She even shared with us how she had the wedding the week of the Hurricane by candle light.. if you choose to book your wedding here you’ll have an angel of a person helping out plan everything out (who has SUCH a touch for décor and set up.. we pretty much gave her free range and she blew it out of the park..) and the views really just speak for themselves.. I’m so sad that our wedding is over because we’ll miss the views.. but we’ll totally be back to visit because this place is SO special

I can’t say enough about having our daughter’s wedding at Hidden Pastures. We were just absolutely thrilled with the whole venue, the lodging, the view…everything. Heather was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Heather, I just can’t thank you enough for all you did for Kristin and Nathan‘s wedding ! The scenery was so amazing and it may have been the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to . The lodging was also exceptional and perfect for our large family staying at the game room cottage and then having additional family stay at the tiny houses.

We got married here this year and loved everything about it. Heather is so incredible–she is so organized and asked such awesome questions that really helped us figure out what we wanted for the day. On top of that, when we ran into some difficulties with finding another vendor, she saved the day for us there.
The venue was beautiful and had so many options for the ceremony spot. There were so many items available for us to use for the reception and they helped us so much. If we had to do all this again, we’d choose Hidden Pastures. 100% recommend!

Hidden Pasture Farm is the perfect place for your wedding or special occasion. Heather goes above and beyond to make sure every single detail is exactly what your vision is. Heather and her staff are simply amazing. They all wear many hats that you never think of. I never imagined that my daughter’s wedding would go as smooth and perfect as it did. There were a few things that did not go as planned that were because of others but Heather and her team fixed them without the Bride or family knowing and it was PERFECT. This place is simply amazing from your first visit to emails in between to your big day. Hidden Pasture Farms should be your only choice.

This was the most beautiful venue. Heather was so helpful and did a magnificent job. Her trusted vendor list made finding the right people so easy! I would recommend this place over and over again. It was very easy and the use of the venues decorations made a huge difference. Heather decorated everything and made it so relaxed and not stressful at all. So many people at the wedding said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. If you are looking for a venue, look no further.

I had an incredible experience from a vendor’s perspective photographing a beautiful wedding at Hidden Pastures Farm. Transportation from the ceremony to the reception was comfortable and efficient. Heather not only coordinated a seamless wedding day, she also created stunning florals! The sunset view on the mountain top was the perfect ending for couple’s portraits after a love filled celebration.

We had our wedding here! Everything was excellent, the staff were attentive, and the venue host was perfect. She took care of so much for us and took care of any issues. A bouquet was forgotten and she had someone up there with it in minutes. The property is absolutely stunning with incredible views! The only issue we had was the fact we did not want to leave this amazing property. Thank you for making our day absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this venue.
